Task Force Ghost along with 160th SOAR and The 75th Ranger Regiment are elite Special Operation Forces within a Joint Special Operations Command active in Los Santos. T.F.G is a U.S Military Special Forces unit that specializes in "Black Operations" and Covert Tactics, while 160th SOAR are 

responsible for aerial support/transportation, while the 75th Ranger Regiment is a Special Operations Force dedicated to supporting T.F.G. All three units make up one effective cohesive force with a high mission success rate. No matter the odds, all units under this component completes their mission.
